Business Development Representative

Position Purpose :

To grow sales revenue by means of obtaining new clients and servicing existing clients. Tasked with connecting with all aspects of commercial and industrial construction and maintenance companies and obtaining opportunities to place manpower.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting / Cold Calling phone / email / in person
  • Managing jobs / orders
  • Bullhorn data entry
  • Servicing clients in all aspects visits, calls, emails
  • Canvassing jobsites
  • Travel
  • Assisting, coaching, mentoring new sales team members as needed

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of Sales Experience
  • College Degree Preferred
