About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Our caseloads include students with severe behavioral needs, and we are looking for candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including severe behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Assist with virtual SLP services to ensure prehensive support for all students.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
Qualifications
For SLPs :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Experience with or willingness to learn about severe behavioral needs.
Flexibility to adapt to different service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, VOCO).
Proficiency in technology for virtual service provision.
