Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Engineering Manager Include :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil / structural engineering or a comparable ABET accredited degree.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have expertise in structural analysis and precast concrete design.
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), or eligible for reciprocity to obtain licensure before starting.
- Initially involved in design to gauge proficiency, transitioning to a more oversight-focused role as the team expands.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, with experience in structural analysis essential for project approvals.
- Responsibilities include team leadership, mentoring, and management, ensuring project engineers are effectively guided in their roles.
- Will work closely with other departments to coordinate project schedules, quality control, and cost proposals for new work.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent position offers comprehensive benefits starting after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance fully covered at $200K, 401K (employee-funded with profit-sharing opportunities), generous PTO, and bonus potential.
