Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver an extraordinary customer service experience by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
- Provide makeup demonstrations and consultations, showcasing the versatility and benefits of our products.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Charlotte Tilbury products, using effective selling techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and brand initiatives to create an informed and dynamic shopping experience.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and ensure the store is always inviting and beautifully presented.
- Contribute to a positive team environment where collaboration and innovation thrive.
Previous experience in beauty or cosmetics retail is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment.
