Responsibilities

Represent and advise on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, and related real estate documents.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

Experience with acquisition, leasing, development, and finance matters.

Experience handling a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents.

J.D. and good standing with the Kentucky bar.
