Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, and provides inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults.

Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient case and their family's needs.

Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are pleased to announce the following position : Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement.

The Director of Quality, Risk is responsible for the clinical identification, risk evaluation and coordination of corrective actions related to risk issues and creating methods to avoid, eliminate and / or reduce risk situations associated with the provision of patient care and services.

Leads improvement of clinical outcomes through program evaluation and monitoring programs; Ensures compliance with quality standards;

implements tools for programs & service evaluation.

Qualifications

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 3-5 years hospital experience.
  • Detail oriented and ability to successfully multi task in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills.
  • Highly effective listening skills.
