Job Summary

The Senior Security Product Manager is a leadership role responsible for providing security and product related vision and strategy for the NetApp portfolio of products.

This role has a broad responsibility for capturing security requirements, identifying areas of improvement, and innovating new security solutions across the entire portfolio, but with a primary focus on our widely used and adopted ONTAP™ platform.

Job Requirements

  • The role will span on prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, so knowledge of cloud and on-prem environments is vital.
  • A strong background and knowledge in security related technologies and eco-systems is critical.
  • The position will work closely with the BlueXP™ team, which is the unified control for intelligent data infrastructures.

BlueXP™ provides unified control of storage and data services to support an intelligent data infrastructure, across hybrid multicloud environments.

  • With powerful AIOps, integrated data services, and flexible consumption of resources it delivers the speed, simplicity, and security required to thrive in today’s highly complex world.
  • The position may be responsible for direct management of other security product managers, interfacing with UI / UX and engineering counterparts to deliver delightful products to NetApp’s enterprise customers around the globe.
  • The role is expected to have 15-25% travel and will report to the Senior Director of Product Management for BlueXP™.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $ 209100 - $294000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education.

Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.

This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
