US Licensed Innovation Counsel

A company is looking for an Innovation Counsel - Transactions & Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

Support transactional and compliance workstreams for global research initiatives

Provide legal support across multiple global labs located in the US, UK, and India

Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney (licensed in the US)

Active license to practice law in the US and ability to meet jurisdiction requirements

JD or international equivalent degree

3+ years relevant experience in privacy, technology transactions, or other specialized practice areas

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
