Job Description :
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans
- Monitor resident health status and assess response to treatments
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Idaho
- New graduates are welcome to apply; no years of experience required
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care
