Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Seattle, WA
Job Type : Full-Time, Temporary
Job Summary :
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our HR department. This role will handle a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and organize HR documents, including employee records and onboarding materials.
Assist in scheduling interviews and meetings for the HR team.
Prepare and distribute internal communications related to HR initiatives and policies.
Handle general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Support the planning and execution of employee events and training sessions.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
