Your Role :

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the hero who saves the day by diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues on sophisticated machinery.

You’ll travel to customer sites, providing top-notch technical support and using your expertise to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• PLC Programming & Troubleshooting : Modify or write PLC code from scratch and troubleshoot existing programs to optimize performance.
• HMI Programming : Design and modify HMI programs to enhance user interfaces and machine interactions.
• AC / DC Drive Programming : Ensure customer machines operate flawlessly by programming and troubleshooting AC / DC drives.
• Field Troubleshooting : Utilize tools like oscilloscopes, digital meters, and meggers to identify and resolve issues on-site.
• Customer Communication : Explain complex electrical problems and solutions in an understandable manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Technical Support : Offer expert advice over the phone, supporting customers with immediate solutions.

What You Need :

• Education : Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Maintenance.
• Experience : At least five years in Industrial Maintenance or Systems Integration.
• Skills : Proficiency in PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and AC / DC drive programming and troubleshooting is paramount. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read electrical schematics are also essential.
• Intangibles : Strong communication skills, an innate curiosity about machinery, and a stable job history.
