- Bachelors Degree or higher degree in Business or Health-related field and / or extensive equivalent combination of experience, education and training
- Extensive experience determining and locating unique or specialized sources for collecting information which require thorough and in-depth understanding of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the analysis
- Experience and exposure to providing complex data to executive level constituents.
- Proven experience with a broad spectrum of complex analytical duties that lead to new and / or not yet tested recommendations
- Extensive experience conducting complex data analysis projects as well as measuring and monitoring the consistency and accuracy of data produced through statistical analysis.
Proven project management success in organizing work effectively and to meet given budgets and timeframes while working well under pressure and to remain flexible in an environment with changing demands and priorities
- Advanced customer service skills to understand and articulate diverse clients needs and objectives; manage expectations and deliver as promised and on time
- Thorough knowledge of business intelligence functions, analytics, industry standards, and best practices
- Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills to manage complex information, assess problems, and develop effective solutions
- Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the skill to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner and collaboration with a broad range of professional and technical staff
- Advanced strategic thinking and planning skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and applicable statistical software applications
- Proficiency in understanding of relational databases, database structure and design, data management and data warehousing
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Advanced planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Subject matter expert in Epic applications; home care remote client strongly preferred
- Home Health, Hospice and / or Palliative Care experience
- Lean and Six Sigma training or similar methodologies experience.
- Experience working in a health care organization.
- Advanced degree(s), such as MBA, MHA or similar.
- Experience in a large academic healthcare setting.
- Experience in strategic planning, business development, market research, and financial analyses.
