About The Position

Experience : Minimum of 2 years current infusion experience required

License : Registered Nurse license in good standing

Certifications : BLS

ACLS

Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Infusion Certification

Must-Have :

Chemotherapy / immunotherapy provider card

Recent experience with administering chemotherapy

Ability to access mediports

Central line experience

Peripheral IV insertion experience

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

Description :

Seeking an RN to work in the Infusion Suite.

Proficient in administering a variety of injections and infusions, including chemotherapy and biotherapy, as well as blood transfusions.

Available treatments include blood transfusions, chemotherapy, iron transfusions, Remicade infusions, antibiotic therapies, chronic kidney disease monitoring, hydration, rheumatoid arthritis treatments, and osteoporosis treatments.

The patient population includes adults and geriatrics.

Dress code : Professional scrubs will be provided, with no logos.

EMR system utilized : Epic.

All medical and occupational health compliance items must be ordered, collected, and resulted within five days of offer acceptance.

Proofs must be uploaded as required.

Traveler must have their own vehicle for this position.

All requests for time off must be included in the profile upon submission.

Scheduling requests cannot be made after the time of submission.

Each compliance requirement must be fully addressed before proceeding.
