Work Hours : 4 : 00am - 12 : 30pm
- Works under leadership of the Catering Cook / Manager.
- Responsible for food packaging and food presentation.
- Ensure proper timing, quality and consistency of all catering.
- Ensure all food prepped in is in a presentable manner.
- Supports management team in reducing food waste and supply waste.
- Prepare individual portions of food items.
- Assist drivers with loading trucks. Backup driver to delivery driver.
- Sweep and mop all area floors.
- Wash doors, walls, and window as directed.
- Wash pots and pans in the three-compartment sink.
- Maintain work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
