Responsibilities
- Help to design and deliver on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy focused on increasing engagement and belonging for our diverse populations around the world.
- Lead a cross-functional team to lead large, scalable DEI learning programs for all levels of the organization to increase awareness and understanding of racial equity, social equity, allyship and creating an inclusive work environment.
- Deepen understanding of root causes that are affecting under-represented and historically marginalized groups and implement structural changes to talent practices to increase retention and representation at all levels of diverse talent.
- Organization leadership of Intuit’s 14 ERGs who are critical to increasing awareness and belonging, driving employee engagement, participating in the community, and making better and more accessible products for our customers.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on the experience of diverse populations through surveys, engagement interviews, and exit interviews to determine where there are opportunities to drive equitable behaviors that will support the engagement and retention of diverse employees.
- Serve as driver for the P&P DEI Priority / Mission Based Team which is a company initiative focused on recruiting and retention of our US employees from under-represented racial groups.
- Represent the DEI team as a member of the DEI Supplier Diversity Council.
- Support both internal and external DEI communications strategy by sharing our DEI story.
- Serve as trusted advisor to the Chief Diversity Officer, People and Places Extended Leadership Team, and business leaders as it relates to our DEI strategic initiatives, people processes, and organizational change management.
- Serve as people leader for the teams that support our employee experience pillar which includes employee resource group support, DEI learning and development program creation, and equitable talent practices.
Provide leadership, skill / career development, and coaching to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR processes (performance ratings, pay for performance compensation initiatives, promotion processes, and succession planning) and experience with the end-to-end employee experience.
- Repeatable experience leading DEI at scale.
- Strategy creation ability to conduct research and benchmarking activities and turn them into strategic plans and programming.
- Data-driven - deep understanding of people data and how to analyze data and glean insights to design solutions.
- Change leadership at scale - proven ability to drive behavior change at all levels in an organization.
- Organizational Resourcefulness ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills - Comfortable communicating and partnering effectively across global organizational boundaries through multiple mechanisms email, verbal updates, PowerPoint presentations, Zoom meetings, etc.
- High Accountability own team outcomes and drive a high performing team in a demanding environment with competing or overlapping priorities.
- Strong Analytical skills - with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- People Champion ability to design and promote equitable performance and talent practices with a focus on underrepresented groups.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business; or equivalent relevant experience.
- DEI certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 6-8 years of DEI and / or HR experience, with repeatable experience doing DEI work at scale.
