Responsibilities :
As part of the Enterprise Controls Management Team, responsible for controls validations.
Assess existing controls, work with management to comply with testing requirements.
Identify control deficiencies, monitor progress of control deficiency remediation plans, and report controls issues to management.
Build good relationship with various Control Planner Groups
Recommend and develop processes to identify, mitigate and regularly track risk related to various departments and their areas of responsibility.
Familiarity working with RSA Archer system is a plus
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelors degree and 4+ years risk management, analysis, auditing or other directly related experience.
Extensive knowledge of risk modeling, analysis and management techniques and practices.
Knowledge of various bank / government regulatory requirements and processes.
Ability to work with employees and management.
Must have excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of department specific computer applications and software.
