Summary
The Chief of Staff will be a key member of the executive team, serving as a key advisor to the CEO and providing strategic and operational support.
The position will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with other executive team members to ensure alignment in goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in setting the overall strategic direction and plans for the company
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO and other executive team members on a range of strategic and operational initiatives
- Develop and manage the company’s budget and financial plans
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
- Monitor the performance of the executive team, including setting performance objectives and evaluating results
- Facilitate communication between the executive team and other departments
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the executive team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or management role
- Proven track record of success in setting and achieving strategic objectives
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
