This is the perfect opportunity for a Lead Technician to receive the mentorship training, continuing education, and skill advancement needed to be a Restoration Manager!
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Ability to manage a small or large team safely and effectively mitigate damages
- Commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail and technical knowledge regarding role
- Provide proficient performance in water restoration and mold remediation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes
- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
- Perform scope of work, moisture mapping, photos, and any necessary paperwork for job
- Inventory and load vehicle with equipment, products, & supplies needed for each project
- Prepare rooms / areas for job activities. Set up staging area / containment and equipment for each project.
- Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Requirements & Skills :
- Direct restoration experience required
- IICRC certification(s) such as WRT, ASD, AMRT
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
- Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift / move up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable with walking / standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE
- Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening
- Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling
