We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious student interested in pursuing a career in talent management, talent development, or organizational development to join our Integrated Talent Experience (ITEX) team for summer 2025! As the Global Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to partner with various members of the global ITEX team and our HR partners as you work on talent management strategies, programs, and solutions that drive business value.
We are looking for someone with a collaborative approach, ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
The role provides the opportunity to collaborate and design resources for a global audience and facilitate conversations with leaders while connecting with a strong peer network of fellow interns across various roles and functions.
Your role will focus on projects such as :
- Partnering with key organizational stakeholders to lead and support global talent management initiatives.
- Researching cutting-edge talent management, performance, and learning and development strategies to engage a diverse workforce in a continuous learning culture.
- Innovating to create strategies to support talent assessments, succession, and performance enablement.
- Analyzing key data insights around leadership development and talent and devising sustainable and scalable interventions.
- Designing and facilitating development sessions for employees.
- Developing and implementing communications plans.
- Analyzing and generating reports, as requested.

Your profile needs these qualifications :
- Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Ingredion does not intend to sponsor work visas with respect to this position or to provide this position as OPT or CPT.
- Be a currently enrolled student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. If currently enrolled in an undergrad status, must have completed at least two years of coursework with status as a sophomore, junior or non-graduating senior.
- Ability to work 40 hrs. per week during term of the assignment.
