Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.Position SummarySenior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

While activities vary based on project size / scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations.

Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project / organizational administrative tasks.

QualificationsQualifications : 5 years of related experience with Workday implementation experience- Project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas : Workday Financials-Workday Financial Accounting, is the foundation for all Workday Financial solutions.

Handle all the accounting activities and activity reports. Identifying the needed security groups for financial accounting layout, arrangement of organization's mandatory accounting details, concept application of the favored approach to the account setup, Actuals ledger creation, ledger creation, and also maintaining the ledger period standing.

Certification is a MUST! Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration- The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions- The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration- Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams- A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.

The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.

Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $190,000 - $222,000.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
