Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as company contact for job information, application requests, and application receipt.
- Status candidates via the applicant tracking system.
- Provide services to department managers to assist with filling position vacancies.
- Close paperwork loop between a department’s job offer and Human Recourses.
- Establish contacts and develop materials for recruiting efforts.
- Attend career fairs and represent Quadax at college recruiting tables.
- Expand web recruiting and expand Quadax base of recruiting partnerships.
- Evaluate recruiting methods.
- Other duties as assigned.
