About The Position
Job Title : Occupational Therapist Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 Experience : New graduates welcome;
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred License : Occupational Therapist License required Certifications : COVID-19 test required 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours before the start date Must-Have : Resume and license verification Job Description : Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients.
- Evaluate and create tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic processes and home exercises.
- Ensure all safety protocols and professional standards are maintained.- Participate in continuous professional development activities.
Please note that bilingual ability and holiday coverage are not required for this position.
