The Liquidity and Pricing Product Sr. Analyst is integral to the management of data and analytics for this team. This role will report directly to the head of Liquidity and Product Pricing and be responsible to oversee the daily data and analytics reporting on deposits, market trends, competitor activities and treasury pricing.
This will ensure Texas Capital meets the ever-evolving needs of our Liquidity clients while maintaining competitiveness in the marketplace.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for financials and analytics to assist in the development and completion of projects.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Billing, Operation and Finance on analytics.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports / presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and other factors affecting the Treasury and Liquidity Product Management space.
- Participate in the development and improvement of pricing / rate systems, processes, and controls.
- Deposit Pricing and Exception rate management
- Provide analytical support including data and service modeling.
- Construct and maintain analytical dashboards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field.
- Good understanding a treasury and liquidity pricing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain Liquidity data.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to Liquidity is a plus.
