Yoh’s client L3Harris is looking for a highly skilled Engineering Specialist with a strong background in RF Circuit Design and troubleshooting to the component level to join the Rochester NY Team.

Responsibilities :
- Board level modifications, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing hardware
- Assembly / disassembly of equipment and fixturing for tactical radio accessory products
- Evaluating designs for testability and working with In-Circuit Test (ICT), functional board level testing, unit and system level testing, and coverage analysis
- PWB level modification and build experience (SMT devices, removal, soldering)
- Fixture design and assembly (basic mechanical skills)
- Measuring key performance parameters using analyzers, generators, oscilloscopes, and meters
- Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711 / 7721 (certification preferred)
- Cable building and repair experience
- Understanding of software-defined radio products and communications
- Experience with automation systems including electronic test
Requirements :
- Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711 / 7721 (certification preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical technology, or a 2-year degree with equivalent experience
- Successful completion of drug testing, criminal background check, and proof of US citizenship
