Program Director
The Program Director oversees strategic planning and operational management of educational programs within the Institute of Education Sciences (IES).
This role requires expertise in educational research, budget management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement strategic plans for educational programs.
- Ensure alignment of program goals with organizational objectives and federal guidelines.
- Operational Management :
- Manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for honorarium payments and tax documentation.
- Supervise program staff and coordinate activities to achieve programmatic goals.
- Compliance and Reporting :
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, or related field.
- Advanced degree in Education or Public Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in educational research or government sectors.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with federal educational programs.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED : Moderate security clearance.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
