Job Title : Occupational Hand Therapist - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Type : Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss schedule during interview.)

Job Location : 160 East 56th Street, NYC, NY (Midtown East; outpatient clinic)

Salary Range : $82,000.00 - $104,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities :

Occupational Hand Therapist responsibilities include ...

• Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
• Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
• Provide excellent 1 : 1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
• Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho, peds, sports medicine, and hand therapy.
• General ortho all ages including peds caseload.

Qualifications :

• NYS Occupational Therapist License
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required
• CHT certification a plus
• New grad with level 2 experience in hand therapy OR CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of experience)
