Quality Lead

We are looking for a Quality Lead for a leading multi-axis manufacturing machine shop producing high-precision parts for various applications. As a Quality Lead, you will oversee and continuously improve our ISO and AS quality management systems while supporting hands-on inspection and quality assurance activities on the shop floor.

Day Shift, Monday to Friday 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and maintain the company’s ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems , ensuring compliance with all standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and work instructions across all production areas.
• Perform and oversee inspections using a Zeiss CMM and other precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, etc.).
• Analyze data and inspection results to identify non-conformances , trends, and areas for improvement.
• Train and coach operators and inspectors on proper measurement techniques, documentation, and quality best practices.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QC documentation , including inspection reports, NCRs, CAPAs, and internal audit findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external audits , including customer and regulatory reviews.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
