Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
A Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide prehensive speech therapy services in a K-12 school setting located in Edmond, OK. This position focuses on supporting students through evaluation, individualized treatment plans, and progress monitoring during the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform speech and language evaluations for students with munication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in pliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical standards
Qualifications and Experience :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCertification in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development and disordersAbility to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs across K-12 gradesExcellent munication and teamwork skillsExperience working in educational settings preferred but not requiredLocation : Edmond, Oklahoma Serving kindergarten through 12th-grade students in a supportive school environment.
