A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located 45 min from Madison, Wisconsin.
The position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or four 10-hour shifts. Candidates will use the Cerner EMR system, with extensive training provided.
Required certifications include being Board Eligible or Board Certified, BLS, DEA, a Wisconsin license, and three references (two from supervisors).
A COVID-19 vaccination is also mandatory. Responsibilities will include managing injuries, acute illnesses, follow-ups, physicals, and corrections.
