We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our client in the warehouse industry. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of the warehouse by providing administrative support, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately input and maintain inventory records, shipping, and receiving logs using warehouse management systems and other software.
• Prepare, organize, and file necessary paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and other shipping and receiving documents.
• Liaise between warehouse staff, vendors, and customers to provide updates on orders, shipments, and inventory status. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and phone.
• Coordinate schedules for incoming shipments, deliveries, and pickups to ensure timely processing and flow of goods within the warehouse.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse management, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or other inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
