About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the iCapital Solutions team. This role will assist with ongoing relationship management & business development for existing GP clients, prospect new clients within the Asset Management arena, & provide general support to the GP client coverage team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management : Assist in day-to-day management of existing GP client relationships.Responsible for but not limited to responding to ad hoc requests, assisting with platform demos & training, tracking meeting requests, managing weekly agendas, & follow-up deliverables, etc.
Educate existing clients on new firmwide developments relevant for their business (e.g., platform enhancements, new features & offerings, corporate developments, etc.
Cultivate a list of prospective clients & assist relationship managers with pitching new business, including the preparation of RFPs;
Develop & manage 3-4 key relationships overtime.Work collaboratively with internal & external cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, & other strategic initiatives.
Develop presentation materials & analysis for client meetings & projects.
iCapital Solutions team strategy : Collaborate with the iCapital Solutions team & senior executives across the company to drive tactical & strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy & business development, CRM technology, & marketing.
Manage & lead internal projects & develop framework & process for ongoing GP client coverage team management.Develop presentations & analysis for internal meetings & projects.
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in a client-facing capacity (client services, account management, sales, or business development)
- Knowledge of the alternative investments industry
- Series 7 & 63 licenses is preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strategic mindset & able to work independently
- Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders & clients
- Experience in project management preferred
- Detail-oriented & able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
