The Senior Management Consultant, Business Transformation within the Solutions organization is responsible for bringing capability expertise in one or more of the following areas : Transformation Management, Program Management Office, Portfolio Management & Program Design & Leadership to support growth, delivery and the development & maintenance of our sales and delivery toolkits.

The consultant provides subject matter expertise related to the above-mentioned capabilities to our clients and Point Bers across our Services Organization which includes our industry leaders, consulting delivery teams and solutions experts.

The consultant is a leader and has a desire to grow their subject matter expertise, with experience in business development, delivery, and solution architecture.

The SMC will have an annual utilization target and sales target while supporting associate development and overall team operations.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO :

• Take an active role in the development and growth of our Solutions organization, specifically around Business Transformation (TMO, PMO / PPM, Program Design & Execution).
• Lead client engagements in the areas of Transformation Management, PMO / PPM, Program Design and Execution (up to 50% travel at times) in this client-facing, revenue-generating role.
• Develop and build upon existing Solution Architecture and / or Subject Matter Expert expertise that supports and contributes to growth efforts during the sales process.
• Further your business transformation expertise by supporting the growth of our associates interested in becoming experts in your chosen discipline.
• Partner with other subject matter experts in our operations, experience (organization and studio), digital, technology and M&A as well as across our industries (Healthcare, Lifesciences, Media & Tech, Consumer & Retail, Financial Services & Emerging) to bring expertise to our clients.
• Build and maintain deep business transformation subject matter expertise to bring thought leadership and enhanced solutions to our clients and team.
• Build strong internal and client relationships as part of your work.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE :

• 10 years of experience and knowledge in one or more of the skills areas within Business Transformation (TMO, PMO, PPM, Program Design & Leadership).
• You have a passion for developing people and building skills in others within and across an organization.
• You have a proven consulting track record and leadership in supporting sales in complex, multi-capability, multi-million-dollar consulting engagements.
• You have experience and interest in supporting the architecting of integrated multi-capability business transformation solutions and advised and led clients through complex business transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with client executives to lead high priority initiatives, develop complex solutions, and act as a trusted advisor.
• You can come up to speed quickly and communicate Point B's solutions and capabilities both across Point B and with our clients.
• Experience interacting directly with C-level clients and stakeholders.
• Executive presence; having experience in the consulting industry for a minimum of 7 years.
• Worked as an effective leader across multiple business areas or in a cross-functional context.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, manage key engagement interviews, research, and facilitate workshops.
• Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including C-Level.
• Manage the presentation of final project deliverables and advise persuasively, earning the position of a trusted advisor.
• Bring a strong network across multiple industries.
• Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and preferably an MBA.
• Ability to work from home.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Salary Range : $150K $200K

Minimum Qualification : Process Management

Estimated Salary : $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
