Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – Residential & Day Habilitation Programs\n\nSalary Range : $48–$50 per hour (based on experience)\n\nEducation Requirements : \n

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program\n\nLicenses / Certifications Required : \n
• Active RN license in New York State\n
• CPR / BLS Certification\n
• Valid NYS Driver's License (preferred)\n\nSkills Required : \n
• Strong oral and written communication\n
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills\n
• Ability to maintain confidentiality\n
• Familiarity with adaptive equipment and wheelchairs\n
• Flexibility to work across multiple program sites\n\nSchedule Information : \n
• Full-time : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM\n
• On-call availability during evenings or weekends as needed (Note : On-call does not require on-site presence; remote support is acceptable)\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Coordinate health care services for individuals in residential and day programs\n
• Issue medical referrals and follow up on health concerns\n
• Conduct staff training in medication administration, hygiene, infection control, and other health topics\n
• Administer medications and supervise AMAP-certified staff\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews\n
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and MARs\n
• Provide emergency care and first aid\n
• Supervise LPNs and support less experienced RNs\n
• Transport individuals to medical appointments as needed\n
• Conduct assessments and provide in-services\n
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings\n\nAdvertising Locations : \n
