Position : Director of Real Estate Solutions Michigan Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and manage an annual business development plan, establishing clear production and revenue goals.
- Oversee and lead major real estate projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and professional standards.
- Mentor and supervise the consulting office team, offering guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
- Engage with community stakeholders to identify and cultivate strategic initiatives addressing critical issues, particularly in early education and real estate services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in real estate development and construction management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic planning proficiency.
- Familiarity with architectural plans and construction-related terminology.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, city planning, policy, business, social science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in economic or community development, real estate analysis, or related fields with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Essential experience in team management and project oversight.
