The facility is located in Morehead, Kentucky.
The position involves clinic shifts with the option to take call if desired.
Dates Needed : As soon as credentialed with the facility
Call Ratio / Schedule : 1 : 3
Case Load / PPD : 20-25 patients per day. 1 delivery per day
Shift Type : Day Shift; Night Shift; Call
