Key Responsibilities
Lead HR transactions related to onboarding, status changes, and terminations
Provide interpretation of HR policies and prepare reports for business areas
Manage employee relations claims and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
Preferred in-depth knowledge of Google Suite products
Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
