Responsibilities :
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans and interventions.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an SLP.
- Support students' speech and language development through individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
- State certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
