As the Global Learner Portfolio Senior Manager supporting internal functions including Legal and Finance, you will be responsible for enabling functional and role-based learning.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
In this role :
- You will partner with function stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business need, while cultivating a culture of learning.
- You will propose the optimal learning design for the need, challenging traditional thinking and pushing for creative solutions.
- You will define, prioritize, and deliver role-based learning, measuring impact, and managing the overall development investment.
- Throughout, you will work very closely with the L&D teams across shared priorities to build consistency, reduce duplication and create and deliver solutions in support of BCG's overall learning agenda.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- BSc or BA degree in Business Psychology or other related area.
- 2+ years' experience of working at equivalent level.
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods, acting as a learning partner to key stakeholders, using performance consulting, designing and delivering learning solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with senior leaders, employees and vendors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.
- Experience in project management.
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
- Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, Trello, SharePoint is preferred.
