Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow to join our team.
This is a district-wide position in Baltimoreoffering a unique opportunity to work with students across 1-2 locations. As an SLP Clinical Fellow, you will provide essential speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their academic and social potential.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language goals.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
