Description :
- Coordinator between Transformation and Data, Sales Strategy, Commercial Product, and other teams to ensure an integrated, consistent approach to strategic execution
- Manages updates from Transformation initiatives and Transformation / Data teams, reporting to Head of Transformation and Data organization
- Manages workstreams on behalf of the Head of Transformation and Data
Essential Functions / Responsibilities :
- Responsible for tracking of Commercial Transformation initiatives; directly manage one or multiple Transformation workstreams
- Coordinate Board and other executive committee-level strategy and transformation updates
- Support the evolution of Commercial infrastructure to enable growth through new borrowers from transactions as well as future organic customer growth
- Develop and coordinate a process for sales performance reporting in collaboration with the Commercial Sales Strategy team
- Enhancement of Commercial client reporting and standardization across Commercial, Finance & Industrial Banking
- Collaborate with Commercial Product teams to develop / enhance product profitability and penetration reporting; develop a product strategy to drive revenue growth
- Support inorganic growth opportunities relating to the Commercial Banking organization

Working Conditions :
Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
