Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to develop and implement business process improvements and system changes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes

Lead teams in evaluating business process changes and documenting impacts at a corporate level

Provide post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and presenting solution recommendations

4+ years of experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis

4+ years of in-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies

4+ years of experience with business process analytics using tools like Excel and flowcharting
