Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance
- Execute payroll processing accurately and efficiently
- Effectively manage staff schedules to optimize resource allocation
- Plan and facilitate productive staff meetings
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budget analysis reports
- Regularly review inventory turnover rates to optimize efficiency
- Conduct annual assessment of optical pricing structure
- Address technology-related concerns and provide necessary tools and resources for employee success
- Establish clear goals and effectively monitor progress towards their completion
