We’re expanding our installation department and looking for skilled, leadership-minded Lead Installers who want to help build and mentor the next generation of HVAC talent.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Execute Installs :
  • Oversee and perform installation of residential HVAC systems, replacements, and new construction projects.
  • Mentor the Team :
  • Set daily expectations, coach junior installers, and ensure the crew delivers quality workmanship.
  • Plan & Problem-Solve :
  • Read blueprints, organize materials, and troubleshoot on-site issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Focus on Quality :
  • Ensure installs meet building codes, safety standards, and deliver clean, professional results.
  • Communicate Clearly :
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

  • Requirements :
  • 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • EPA Certification required
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycle, and installation best practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot issues on-site
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Preferred :
  • Experience leading installation teams
  • Journeyman license or on path toward it
  • NATE or equivalent HVAC certifications
  • Sheet metal fabrication experience with a focus on both airflow performance and aesthetics
  • Willingness to occasionally support Service and Maintenance teams
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools as needed
  • Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions
