AmeriPro Roofing, an industry leading Roofing Contractor, is immediately hiring for our Inside Sales Representatives! We are open to this position being fully remote or on-site depending on where the candidate lives.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be part of a necessary facet of our daily operations, resulting in an increase in our average sales, transactions, and gross profit margins.
Qualified candidates must strive in a highly motivated team environment while coming equipped with effective communication / negotiation skills, competitiveness, sense of detail, multi-tasking, results-driven, and ability to work independently and hit individual / department quotas once all aspects of the position are mastered.

Benefits and Compensation :
Salary $50-60K (based on experience) + Commission

Schedule : 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm, Mon-Fri (Weekends Off)
Day to day duties / activities :
Prospect and contact leads provided via in-house CRM Software
Leads are existing or previous customers (NO COLD CALLS)
Identify customers’ needs and recommend applicable products and services
Review insurance estimates to determine approvals to guide customers
Enter sales, provide accurate pricing estimates to customers, and form contractual agreements as necessary for project progression
Evaluate roofing, siding, and gutter schematics to generate detailed estimation forms
Qualifications :
2-3 years sales experience preferred (not required)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Articulate, strong phone presence and energetic attitude
Effective time management & prioritization skills
Outgoing, confident, and strong entrepreneurial attitude
Team player with the desire to grow within the company
Detail oriented and organized
