Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse.

This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities :

Receiving and Processing : Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Accurately record inventory and store products in designated locations.

Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards. Ensure that orders are accurate and ready for dispatch.

Inventory Management : Assist with regular inventory counts and audits. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Equipment Operation : Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine maintenance and report any issues to management.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals. Communicate effectively and support team efforts.

Qualifications :

Experience : Previous warehouse or related experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move items up to insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Skills : Basic math and computer skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Certifications : Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Availability : Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
