Our Client is in search of an experienced Pre-Construction GEOTECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join the estimating / sales / management team in the New England Area.
Are you interested in a dynamic and challenging career in Ground Improvement, including Geopier® technologies, Rigid Inclusions, Rapid Impact Compaction, and Vibratory Probe Compaction?
Ideal candidates MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of management experience in GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING and Project Management.
Requirements include :
- Pre-construction "sales" experience working with GC's, Consultants, and Owners building relationships for business development.
- Confidence in managing 40-60 jobs in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and / or negotiation (we have Construction Design Engineers and Construction Project Managers to work with you).
- Strong follow-up, people, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for business development.
- Preferably a PE with a bachelor's degree in Civil engineering and a master's in Geotechnical engineering.
