What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of patent litigation experience, ideally in an Am Law or large law firm setting.

Strong technical foundation in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering .

USPTO registration and courtroom experience are pluses.

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Illinois or Texas.

Exceptional academic credentials, writing ability, and a demonstrated passion for IP litigation.

Compensation

$260,000 – $365,000 base salary , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
