Job Description
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a growing team in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Manage project timelines, costs, and quality to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams
- Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
- Lead regular project meetings and provide progress reports to ownership
- Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain project goals and milestones
