Business Analyst - Smartsheet Analyst (Hybrid)

Day-to-Day Duties May Include :
- Designing and reviewing all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement.
- Facilitating meetings with process owners and other stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Developing supporting materials to facilitate requirement building such as sample dashboards and user journey maps.
- Translating business requirements into user stories for the development team.
- Working with the development team to continuously refine the documented requirements.
- Developing procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered.
- Working with onsite and offshore developers to provide insight on business requirements and functional design.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficient in use of formulas and functions in Excel, Smartsheet.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to help end users from cross functional teams to efficiently use the Smartsheet Application for their business needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
