Shift : Days / 7a-7 : 30p (12x3) 36 hours per week
Length : 13 weeks
On-call : 4-6 calls within 6-week schedule (30-min response required)
Weekends : 4-6 weekend shifts within 6-week schedule (could be scheduled day, evening, or night shift hours
Holidays per department need
